I upgraded my MTN contract in May 2013 for a Samsung Smart 3D 40' LED Tv and a MTn sh@relink B683. I have being paying for the contract since then and have not yet recieved the TV. I have emailed, called and phoned the Bright point group and up until today have not received a reply with regards to delivery. How can MTN allow this to happen to its customers!!! So disappointing to have trusted the MTN brand!!! How could MTN have a promotion advertised without ensuring that the stock is available, that is truly misleading and disappointing.
