Samsung tab 3

About 2 weeks ago i get a call from cell c direct regarding a promotion they are offering me. i however didnt want a new phone so i asked the lady if i qualify for a samsung tab 3 which she than informs me that i do qualify for a samsung tab3 with an additional data sim card and will send my application through. last week on the 13 November 2013 my application was approved and asked when i will be receiving the samsung tab 3 which i was than told in 3 to 7 days time. i called again on the 22 November 2013 and i was told that there is no stock of the samsung tab 3 and early dis week the stock will come and i will be getting it. on tues the 26 November 2013 i received a delivery of my data sim card only. when i called cell c again they informed me that they still do not have stock of the samsung tab3 and only next week will be receiving the stock and all orders r on a back log for the device. what i want to knw is... why do cell c direct calls us and tells us we qualify for promotions without checking if there is stock available and how long do we have to stil wait for the stock since its in back log...? this is very disappointing as i am a very good customer to cell c!!!
