Several previous - UNRESOLVED - hellopeter complaints already indicate that Cell C's customer service is deplorable, if not non-existent. Once again I have had to endure their lackluster customer service. Never mind holding on for hours to speak to a consultant or sending an e-mail which disappears into cyberspace or trying to use functionality like dialing 147 to check on upgrades (it doesn't work, yet appears on Cell C's website). Try speaking to a retention agent to check on the date your due date for an upgrade and incompetence takes on an entirely new meaning. Clearly out of line with information published on the website, the supposed retention agent (sic) will not check her information nor make the tiniest concession for a long-standing customer. Come on, get your ducks in a row.
