Misleading information

I went to MTN stoneridge mall today to open a new phone contract. I spoke to a very friendly gentleman Josh and he gave me advice on what package to choose and phone. Once I had decided on my package I ask him do you have stock and he said yes. So I said let go ahead and sign the contract and all that. Once everything was signed, Josh say to me they don't keep there stock in the store and my phone will arrive Monday or Tuesday and he will give me a call. To say the least this was very disappointing as I asked if they had stock before hand and he said yes. I would have signed my contract at a store that had stock in the store cause I was very much looking forward to getting my phone. I think he was very misleading in this matter and feel he wanted me to sign the contract at there store. Another thing he said was because it Thursday it will only be there on Monday or Tuesday. Do people not work on Fridays???
He was friendly and helpful this is what made him misleading me even disappointing me.
