I am extremely disgusted with the level of service the the call centre gives

I've been trying to do a sim swap. They cant help me because I am unable answer their quesition like "which tarrif plan i was in? "etc. They know that the number belongs to me but they cannot assist me.

The call centre consultant (Devenita may) was very unhelpful. even though she knew how frustrated i was with the hurdle of the security question she was very unwilling to help. My question to her was: why cant you ask me personal questions since they have my information on record. Some of us have got lot of things to worry about than worry about "which plan is my phone" or
or "when was the last time I exchanged my talking points". I explained to her that my phone was in October and i unfortunately do not have all that information. I asked to speak to the team leader. i was put through to a guy by the name of Xolani Siphungu who honestly was not even trying to listen to what i had to say. he did not try to solve my query. or try to diffuse the situation. he kept rushing me& seemed like he couldnt wait to hang up ..which he did!
