Around 11.52 am today I called the call centre to have my bond statement forwarded to me, and Nkululeko Tshabalala pick up the call and took me through the security questions, I was asked the following questions 1) ID number, 2) Telephone Numbers: office, house and cell, 3) postal address and physical address, 4) Loan amount, 5) and monthly instalment . after answering all this question he wanted to ask another question and I ask him how many questions do I suppose answer he said 5 and i told him that i have already answered 5 questions, he said I must answer the next question or he is not going to assist me. At that time i demanded to speak to the supervisor or the Team leader and he said Clifford Lukhele is the supervisor but he is not ready to speak to me and immediately he hung the phone on me. Please is this the way you treat your customer or is it because I am a black customer? I need a clarification to these.
