I started having issues since October, Telkom has been to my house on 3 separate occasions. I was initially charged an installation fee, and when I queried it, they said they have to run cables etc, which I grudgingly accepted even though I could see the telephone cable running to my house. Between new years day and the 15th of January my download sync rate varied between 200kbs and 784kbs, my upload sync would never change from 512kbs. I logged another call for them to attend as I now have no dsl service at all, however this was logged on the 17th of january, and still nothing. I'm tired of their temporary patch work that only fixes the issue for one month.

Why should I have paid the installation fee when they advertise the transferring of an account as free!?
