I've been trying to do a sim swap. They cant because I cant answer their quesition like "which plan i was in? "etc. They know that the number belongs to me but they cant help me. I was using that number for business purposes so it was recharge almost every week but they dont care
I mean why cant they ask me personal questions since they have my information beacuse the phone was a contract phone. Some of us have got lot of things to worry about than worry about "which plan is my phone"
or "when was the last time I exhanged my points".
they can get hold of me on this number since they dont want to help me 083 4687 414.
