No response from MTN!

In the 15 year history I have had with MTN I have come to realise that MTN are only too happy to assist you when it comes to a sale! They have the worst after sales ever! I have sent numerous emails now with all my details requesting information on how I can go about cancelling my new cellphone contract that I have had for approximately 2 months now (First email sent a month ago!!!) I am a new customer and have just taken out a contract but am not happy with the purchase and would like to cancel the contract, I still have all the original packaging and accessories that the phone came in and wish someone would come back to me now before they tell me its too late! Very frustrating!!! Its also very sad that WE HAVE TO RESORT TO HELLOPETER TO GET A RESPONSE OUT OF MTN! Thank you Hellopeter!
