False information about contracts

I got phoned about the top up 99 contract with vodacom i gave all my details and said i must proscess the contract ill take it its for R99 airtime a month for 24 Months no handset involved they just change my number to contract with that i get R5000 funeral policy and 5 music vouchers for free that i can use online.
i got a sms yesterday that said i dont qualify for the R99 top up but they can however give me the R39 top up whereby i recieve R49 airtime every month. I phoned the customer service help line the lady was too happy too assist me, but when i told her i want too cancel the deal she then said im so sorry our systems are down at the moment i can not retrieve any information of any accounts i must phone back later in the day.
its all over the internet on how they refuse to cancel any contracts and that they try and debit basnk ascoounts before the agreed date of debit and then people must pay the return debits. im not happy with this i want my contract cancelled immediately.
