Not properly informed when taking out the contract

I renewed my contract in October last year and I have had nothing but grief. The latest issue is the exorbitant data charges which currently equate to a bill of R1 500. I was not informed that the Blackberry Z10 was a very data intensive phone when taking the contract. After numerous queries I was informed about this. As a customer for more than 10 years, I will be cancelling my contract and advising everyone I know not to do business with you. Your sales consultant should have product knowledge instead of trying to make a sale. I will be taking this further if not resolved and a full refund given. Current CPA states that all information about a product sold needs to be divulged upfront which was not the case. NOT HAPPY!!!
