Following a complaint on hellopeter on about not receiving a copy of my 2 year contract, which has already expired, but which MTN refute as having expired, I have still not received a copy of my contract. On 8 February 2013 I received the below response from "Mantao" stating that they would send me my contract. It is 21 February 2013, almost a month since I have requested it, and I STILL dont have it. MTN, I have been loyal to you since 1999. Your service is disgusting. A Hellopeter complaint doesnt even envoke a response. What's more disgusting is that you are now charging me R120, 00 per month more on my contract, but deny that I am entitled to cancel it!
