Good day,

I am still waiting on a response on this and will report to hello Peter is this is not attended to immediately.

I received an sms from 8ta support team on the 01.07.2013 with reference 6260516 regarding my cancellation to advise me that this case is being attended to. (I have the sms available for reference).

After several enquiries and further communicatons to 8ta and email sent to rententions department with regards to cancellation of EXPIRED contract, I had to go instore on the 28th to find out this contract is still NOT CANCELLED!!!

This is totally unacceptable! as I requested to port this number and want t do so with immediate effects as the 20 days canellation timeframe is well over!!

Please respond urgently.
