For the past 6 days I have been experiencing terrible to absolutely NO (NONE) internet connection from MTN on the 3G modem, I so diligently pay every month. So I call to see if I can not sort this out. First it takes you 3 minutes to go through all the rigmarole of choosing where to go and then the voice asks for a pin number... a what? I have never had a pin number, so I guess and guess what... when you get it "wrong" twice... you are supposedly putt through to an operator... NOT... you get cut off right there and then.

So you call them and this time do not provide the cell number, so you can speak to an operator sooner... NOPE... you are again cut off right there and then. Have this happen every day and still not have internet connection. MTN, your service and your product!!! This is not the first time I have experienced this problem in this area either. The previous time it took MTN more than 2 weeks to get their act together and give me some kind of service.
