Can't stay online for more than 15 minutes

For four weeks now I have been unable to use the internet for more than 15 minutes at a time. Since Sunday the connection was dropped a few times after only one and a half minutes. I have downloaded new software for my modem, borrowed a modem from Clearwater, been given a brand new modem by Cell C, tried to use the new modem 20km away at work and I've had several telephonic conversations with people at the call centre. I have filled in the correct forms and have 3 reference numbers and NOTHING WORKS! On Sunday I had to log on 10 times and every time the connection lasted for a shorter time. I am really at the end of my tether. What can I do? Is there anywhere else I can ask for help?
