Data line cut on 6 July for no reason

Somebody at Telkom decided to discontinue my two month old contract on the 6th of July and after numerous visits to a Telkom store and endless phonecalls with duracions of 40 minutes and more, everybody is just passing the buck. On the 26th of July I was promised that the line would be reconnected that evening. Today is the 29th already and still no line. I do not know what more to do from my side. My son is studying IT and it is a nightmare without our data line. The service I received was just non existing. How can somebody at Telkom.do.this and then nobody can reconnect it?
