With this i hope to express my thanks to tatum in the green pint branch re: repairs dione to my cellphone, yo have really gone the extra mile for me sinve the first time i made contact with you via e-mail. thank you so much i appreciate it continue doing what you are doing keep it up. At the same time i would like to extend a thank s to a job well done. when i handed in my phone at green point i was given a loan phone i haver been given a loan phone 4 times as tgis is how much trouble my phone was giving me and i nor the data specialist at the store not any contact agent over the could get me connected ti the internet never could i use the internet on any other phone. i have sopken to sdo many people regarding this problem that i have given up i thenm tried 1 more time and was then assited by Kenith lehihi in you call centre and io told him thee endless story he did what he needed to do and got back to me and told me " sir i know what the problem is" and within minute it was sorted you have really restored the hope that i had in vodacom thank you
