My Telkom line has been broken since 27 July 2013.
Call # 27BTK270713, Escalation # ARS 232827

Telkom wont stop my billing and refund me, nor will they fix the line. Telkom promised legal action if I don't pay for my broken line, as they will refund me when the line is fixed?

What do I do next?
Try to start legal action against a huge corporate?
