I will NEVER use Cell C EVER again

I have never had such bad customer service in my life. After all my stuff was, including my micro sim in my ipad, Cell C phoned me to tell me that my line was blocked for excessive use. I was not able to block the line immediately after it was as my phone, ipad, laptop, handbag and ID were all and I had no means of communicating with them. I only did a sim swop later, after which they were able to reach me on my vodacom number. The used over R7000 in subscriptions on my sim, which I did not even know is possible as it is only a data sim and has a 20Gb cap. Cell C told me they would be in contact with me within 24-48 Hours while conducting an investigation, and that was a week ago. In the past week I have phoned them 4 times and even been in to a branch and they are still not able to tell me anything. I get told to speak to Grant Makathini, but when I phone customer service they do not even know who he is! I reported everything to the police and got an affidavit, but Cell C has given me no feedback. I was on the phone with them today for over 35mins and I just get transferred to one department after the other. I am disgusted!
