Cell c 10 steps behind again

After speaking to countless people at cell c stores I was told that if I purchase a dual sim for R150 (R9 at vodacom) I should be able to use the 2nd sim in my iPad for data while the main sim can be used in my phone. However if my phone connects to mobile data my iPad is disconnected from the internet. Both mtn and vodacom are able to use dual sims at the same time in a Phone and tablet but once again cell c is behind in this too. Their staff are not trained as depending on who you speak to some tell you it will work while others say it is not possible. I took a chance and wasted R150.
