My cellphone was with the Contract along with the contract sim card. I called Cell C immediately and requested that the Sim Card be blocked. Upon getting a replacement phone which my insurance company paid for, I phoned Cell C's Customer Service and requested a Sim Swop so I my contract could be reactivated. I was told by the Customer Service agent that it would take 2 to 4 hours to reactivate and that when it was done I would be phoned to confirm that it had been done. 24 hours later I phone Cell C again as I had not heard from them and was promptly told that not only had the Sim swop not been done but that my request for the Sim swop had not been logged at all. This is service and as soon as my contract ends, I will cancel purely because they clearly think nothing of the customers.
