I have had my number with Cell C since 2005. During the first part of this year I took another line with Cell C. To my surprise I received a bill of just over R 8000 at the end of Aug 2013. I phoned Cell C on Saturday 7 Sept 2013 to ask for a payment arrangement and to keep my one line that I have had for 8 years active and they said they will contact me in 24-48 hours. I missed their call this morning. I phoned them and they told that some one from Collections will phone me to discuss my request. I have not had any feedback yet and now my line has been cut! no One can phone me. I acknowledge my debt but Cell C is not fair. Somehow a 20GB recurring bundle has been loaded to my line and now I have to pay almost R 3000 for September for this as well. I have requested them to cancel this but they refuse as they say my account needs to be up to date in order for them to cancel this 20GB. Now they are charging me for something that I can't use and my debt just keeps growing. I am very disappointed. My reference number is 3090700182
