I placed an order on the 17th of July for a new Telkom land line and ADSL line.
I called today to follow up as they said it would take less than 7 days.
Today is the 29th. The lady that helped me said that the technicians said that due to cable they will not be supplying me with anything ever.
NO ONE called me to tell me this. Now I cannot get any type of Internet at my house due to them refusing to give me a land line!
This is ridiculous!! The attitude that they give me to just say that they will never help me with my request is pathetic!!!
They have no intention of fixing the problem they just don't want to help me.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor the lady put me on hold for 30minutes.

Either Telkom needs to make a plan as they are suppose to or I will take this matter further.
