Hello xisix,
Thank you for posting.
Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that Standard Bank is a Third Party and would not have the Terms and conditions of sale on some of our value added services these are available on our website at [URL Removed] The data bundles, sms bundles, m charge vouchers all carry a 30 day expiry from the date of purchase. Please visit the website for more details.

Hi Nomonde

By allowing the purchase of MTNs products on the Standard Bank Internet Banking Website it is MTNs responsibility to have their terms and conditions available for reading before a purchase is made via that portal. You cannot merely brush me off by saying look at your website for more details. I have checked my smses from both the 1Gig top up as well as for a 75MB bundle after I sent the first report and in neither of the smses was there any notification of an expiry date. I would like to reiterate, you cannot give me absolutely zero indication of an expiry date on a legal portal of purchase before my purchase and neither can you give me indication of it after the purchase! Correct this!
