I would just like to compliment Daniel Mokoena from the Autopage customer service line. i phoned in this morning as i had some queries regarding the amount that was deducted from my account this month. Daniel answered the phone in no time flat and was professional and helpful. I am use to speaking to call centers where the staff make you feel as if you are interupting them or making them go above and beyond to help. i am usually shoved from pillar to post to sort out and issue as it is not someones job to help. i got the impression that i was initially through to the wrong department however Daniel helped anyway. he gave me all the information i needed and was polite and friendly in doing so. an attitude like this is an asset to any company where customer service is important. Please thank Daniel for his brilliant service.
