RE: Data bundle expiry - Notice not given

Telecommunications

Hello xisix,

Thank you for your post,

When purchasing products on a third party's portal it is presumed that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of sale of the product you are purchasing, from your service provider. The terms and conditions stipulate that data bundle is valid 30 days from the day of purchase, however your concern have been noted

Kind regards

Not Impressed: It is good that you have noted my concern and I do hope you rectify this matter by putting your terms and conditions in Internet Banking, etc. I would also suggest you put a reminder of expiry in the *141# message as well. However as you have said you presumed I was familiar with your terms and conditions and you presumed wrong as there weren't any for me to read. I paid R149 for 1Gig, and I had about 400MB left when it expired. So therefore I lost out on about R59.6. Please correct this.

I sent this reply on 2 August 2013, I still have not gotten a response from MTN!
