I am stunned and disgusted!!!

I noticed in June that since doing my upgrade, I was being double billed for my handset every month. I phoned in an was assured that a credit would be passed and that it wouldn't happen again. Guess what? No credit, and yes, it did happen again. On 17.07 I called when I noticed another double billing. Keamogetswe told me it would be fixed. I phoned again the following Tuesday (almost a week later) after not hearing back a thing and spoke to Embray. She told me Keamogetswe would follow up and call me back - which she only did 3 days later, today (26 July). Told me the double billing had been fixed, that my account now showed that I owed R6000 for the phone, but not to worry, that would also be fixed. She said she would phone me back to advise exactly what was due on my account so that I could pay the correct amount as I usually do this time of the month. Guess what? After that conversation a debit order of R1, 700 went off my cheque account (which I no longer use, and which had no funds!!)... how, why, and who gave you the right? THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY BAD SERVICE!!! HOW CAN YOU LET SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN??
