Contact be reached -useless!!!

Good day i have been with mtn from 2003, every sim and every new phone i purchased i opted for this network. i knew it i understood it. but i was appaulled today when i tried to contact the elusive "173" on the first 3 occasions i was just disconnected and then the automated reply system says all our lines are busy please call back later???!!! i get the reasoning behind not wanting customers to wait but surely that is MY choice . in all my attempts you guys were busy. my issue was that i received a message on wednesday regardwas fading my blackberry subscription and that i must ensure i have enough funds on friday, lo and behold my BIS was cut off but no deduction was made., eventually i ended up dialling *141*6# and manually purchasing it. Lets hope these douchebags dont deduct from my airtime tomorrow!
