MTN Worst company to deal with

Went to MTN Eastgate to go and get a new date contract with a Galaxy tab 2. Was told it will take 24 hours thy will phone me before 2pm. guess what no phone call tried to phone the shop the phone don't work. Eventually I get hold of the sales lady Henrietta on her cell were I get told o so sorry will check for u and get back to you shortly 1and1/2 hours later I phone her again and I get told sorry the network must have been down she could not get hold of me. So now at 5pm I get told o sorry we don't have STOCK OF THE Tab2 but u can take the galaxy note that is more expensive per month as no mtn branch has stock of the item. NOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE A MARKITING PLOY to fill in a contract get approved and then told sorry we don't have stock take the more expensive unit. This is not the first time this has happened with me and MTN. I want all my MTN contracts canalled immediately no excuses.
