I noticed in June that since doing my upgrade, I was being double billed for my handset every month. I phoned in an was assured that a credit would be passed and that it wouldn't happen again. On 17.07 I called when I noticed another double billing. Keamogetswe told me it would be fixed. I phoned again the following Tuesday (almost a week later) after not hearing back a thing and spoke to Embray. She told me Keamogetswe would follow up and call me back - which she only did 3 days later (26 July). Told me the double billing had been fixed, that my account now showed that I owed R6000 for the phone, but not to worry, that would also be fixed. GUESS WHAT!!! A CREDIT WAS PASSED LAST MONTH FOR THE TWO MONTHLY DOUBLE BILLINGS, BUT NOW I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR ALMOST R7000!!! When I phoned again I ended up talking to a lady named Sharon who sounded half asleep and kept insisting that she couldn't even see a double billing on my account and that I owed the R6000 for my handset!!! I WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL!!! THIS MESS WAS CAUSED BY KEAMOGETSWE AND NOW I OWE ALMOST R7000 TO NASHUA MOBILE. FIX THIS!!!
