Not informed of double billing due to upgrade

After upgrading my contract and porting from MTN to Vodacom Limitless to reduce my account, I was not informed that I would be double billed. Even after asking what my expected account would be, I was not informed and told that it will only cost me an additional R387. With which I was happy to pay. When my statement I always receive didn't come through, I didn't even worry about it as my account was going to be "dramatically" lower. My previous bill was -R3600 and I was expecting a bill of -R2800. When there was suddenly a debit order of R5500 to my account for Nashua Mobile, I called them right away. Charl Naude then sent me me my statement (Of which I was billed R10 for). I realised the double billing. So with an additional value of R2700 coming out of my monthly budget is a very hard lump to swallow. I have called Nashua Mobile, Gone to Nashua Mobile offices, etc. but their managers don't give a @#$% and don't come out of their air-coned offices. I have raised it with the Management Call Centre Complaints Dept, but the service from Bradley M is disgusting. How far does someone have to go to complain about a company? Do we have to take them to court for poor service delivery???
