Been trying since Sunday morning to call the UK, every time I dial, cellphone tells me "Network Busy". I got through after 10 tries to 173 and was told nothing wrong with the lines and I should just call from a land line, trouble is I don't have one! Tuesday morning tried a dozen times to get thru to 173 and guess what now that is Network Busy!

Used land line number and they were very kind, passing me from person to person over a 10 min period, eventually one kind lady said she would put me thru to the Technical Dept who were sure to help me however when she put me thru to them a voice said "all operators are busy please try again later " and disconnected.

I phoned again and after a long wait someone answered and said I must "re-register to make UK calls" surprised as I have never registered to make UK calls in the first place its just a feature of having a cellphone!

Definitely getting the impression that no one knows what to suggest to help me and quite frankly they don't care either!

With Customer Service like this is it any wonder I am getting quotes from other providers?
