Bad service!! Begging for Feedback

I have given sufficient notice (2 months before my contract expired). My contract still not cancelled. Debit order still going off. Begging for response from Heita and no one bothers to come back to. I am shocked by the lack of service. So glad I have cancelled if this is the type of service they offer. I am requesting a refund.
