I took out a contract for a laptop in February of 2013. In March I contacted the call centre and spoke to Tsholofelo and inquired about why my debit order had not gone off. I was told that I had a "credit" on my account that could not be explained and that my debit order would not go off for the next two months. Last month I received a statement and it showed that my account was in arrears. I then attempted to contact the call centre and on 3 occasions I couldn't get through. On yet another attempt, when I could finally get through, I was told that their systems are down but that nobody could call me back and I needed to call back. As you can imagine, I still cannot get through. Now I'm told that I have to drive to a branch to get assistance. When I wanted the contract, I got it within 2 days, not that I am having issues, nobody bothers to contact me. I would like my credit profile updated accordingly and I would like to know what happened to the said credit that I was apparently given by MTN. should I not be provided with feedback, I would like to cancel this contract and I will never do business with MTN again.
