8ta has bad service when it comes to debit orders

Every month 8ta debits R115 from my account for a blackberry contract I have with them. So on the 1st of January the debit order did not go through due to insufficient funds, but as from February 2013 there was more than enough to debit for 2 months but the debit order did not go through. The same thing happened for March 2013. I then went to Telkom in Randburg where i purchased the handset and they told me to contact their call centre, when I did they said I should call their accounts department and its not a toll free number. I finally get through to them and they ask me about a reference number that I do not know about. They telling me the reason the order has not been going through is that if it bounces once they are not allowed access into my account aain yet no communication was sent through to me regading this, I found out about this outstanding through my bank which is having a negative impact on my credit record. 8ta needs to call me ASAP and expalin to me why they never informed me about the outstanding amount, were they waiting for the amount to go sky rocket first and send me to their attorneys.
