Double billing for June and July

Last month (June) I received a 70 (yes really) page statement from Virgin. The itemised listing was not in date order, it included calls for the forthcoming month-HUH? and it included calls to my number from myself-HUH, HUH? They had of course debited my bank account for these amounts. I have phoned and emailed for assistance which has not been forthcoming. This month I get a somewhat smaller account, in date order this time, with a repeat of the calls I was billed for the month before. I assume this means that I have been billed for the same calls two months in row. I am a complete loss as to how to resolve this. Twice in the last few minutes I have been cut off while trying to explain this to someone at Virgin. It is so frustrating and time consuming to have to try and solve their account blunders, and they have free access to my bank account so they are not particularly worried -Help!!
