I would like my debit order details to be removed, I am going on maternity and by end of august my bank account would be closed and there would be no funds available, so I will make cash payments for my account till the contract ends, for end of July the debit order will go off from my account.

This consultant advised me that I can't pay cash whereas this is standard business rules
My bank account will be closed and there will be no funds available, so where is Telkom GOING TO GET THE SUBCRIBTION FEE FROM

This guy advised me that I am unable to speak to

Supervisor: unknown unable to give a name, or number
Manager: same thing
Ceo: doesn't even know who he's ceo is or have a number
Basically there no senior's a Telkom

He then provided me with a collections email address, where as I told him my account is not in arrears, he tried to explain to me what collections is I mean I am a LEGAL CREDIT CONTROLLER
