MTN BAD SERVICE & OVERCHARGING

I took a contract out for myself and my wife at MTN, of which the service was bad, always hoping it will improve
In Feb our contracts expired I applied for a Samsung phone and my wife stayed on the Blackberry package. We were not advised that the tarrif would increase on her contract from R149 to R208, we were not advised by the consultant this was the case, guess we should have JUST GUESSED it, in my eye, but they just say whatever.
My contract was renewed at Waterstone Village in Somerset West by the Manager Dominique (0838691425) she left me on the blackberry package but at the Samsung new rate, so I was being charged for IBS when I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A BLACKBERRY.
I did not pickup the problems till May when I was visiting family and our phones got cut off, because I had the instalment amount in my account, NOT ONCE DID MTN PHONE ME AND ADVISE IWAS IN ARREARs, but for 3 months they were overcharging me.
I was advised to pay the arrears immediately to get connected and they would sort things out.
My wife took the matter over from me as I was losing patience with incompitant people.
