Tricked into downgraded contract

Was given a telephonic upgrade from my blackberry bold only to receive blackberry curves as my upgrade! i paid a R150 for each contract upgrade. The guy on the phone to me about the phone and my package. Phones were signed for by my wife who does not have signing power as ver VodacomPietermaritzburgh rules. They won't take the phones back because I accepted the terms and conditions. They and deceived me and charged me for an upgrade for my wife and my contract yet I have to bare the consequences of their terms and conditions! Disgusting behaviour!!! Do yourselves a favour, use MTN!
