I cancelled my Telkom subscription and satelite and all in February, with the one month notice I needed to give so i paid up till april. I am still receiving bills and still being charged the monthly fees. I have now sent 8 emails and tried calling but i cant hold on on my cellphone for an hour at my expense, if you paid for it i would. Someone is clearly not doing there job and thank goodness there is now competition in South Africa. So you can now be treated like your client have been all the years. My account Number is 325828390001, it has been inactive since March so in theory you owe me money and please get someone to come and remove your equipment, i have laready been kind enough to take it down. Sort this out and start employing staff that give a!
