Gets It Wrong Every Time

For the third time in my adult life I have had and cancelled a Telkom account, and for the third time, Telkom has gotten it wrong. The last time I was billed month after month for someone else's Yellow Pages ad and then, after finally cancelling the account, I was charged interest for not paying for an advert that was not mine and even received threats of blacklisting! On top of that, I had to phone Yellow Pages, which is not toll-free, numerous times and was put on hold ad nauseum, thus adding significantly to my bill. The account eventually ended with me in credit, so I actually paid Telkom to waste my time and money. This time, I cancelled my account on 20 Dec 2012, paid my final bill to 20 Jan 2013 and today received another invoice when I am no longer a Telkom client. Why, Telkom, must I have this fight every single time. Why can't you just get it right for once? Your company is so reliable for the absolutely wrong reasons. I will not reply to your Do_Not_Reply email. I will not phone and waste even more of my cell phone bill on you. Don't expect payment and, for goodness sake, do not threaten me for your incompetence
