Where do I begin? Im sure you guys are aware of the poooor network and loss of data connectivity. Ref number 13071900003139.No.one.got.back to me. Ok you guys are in Breach of Contract according to. CPA.Im.paying loyaly for.poor.service. Ok.so.now.i want to cancel my contract. Your business rules is that a handset fee is payable when.you want to.do.a.premature cancellation, Right. Im on a top.up 50. with a Lg Optimus L9.Statement dated 01/07/2013 says "The goods (cellphone, voucher etc) is valued at R3271.72.Correct me.if im wrong does.that amount.include both the handset and the airtime, data and sms bundle i recieve on this contract. So why did.the Retentions.department told me to cancel i need to.pay R3271, 72 but that will be paying for the.phone and minutes, data, sms which in essence i wont be getting. So.can.some.please.tell.me.what the cost.of the handset is. So minus the cost of the minutes, data, sms.bundle over 18 months should give the balance aka the handset fee aka.cancellation fee. Im not going.to.pay R3000 to cancel when you guys are the one cleary.in wrong here. Check my number. Client for.over 5. years. Thousands spent. I want to cancel my contract reason being please.refer to.ref numbe
