Cancelled my contract over a month ago

I cancelled my telephone account with Telkom on the 12th March 2013. They told me that I had to give 30 days notice and for this reason my connections would only be disconnected on the 12th April 2013.

The 12th April has come and gone and my telephone & ADSL is still connected... which means I am about to get billed for an additional month of service charges. I have emailed Telkom another 2 times since the 12th April and had absolutely no response from them.

Clearly they don't take you seriously when you try to cancel with them and they don't care to respond to mails sent from their website.
