LINE SUSPENDED, UP TO DATE ACC!! NO COMMUNICATION

Hi,

We subscribed to a capped internet subscription in Dec, which i cancelled on the 14th of feb due to the fact that my grandson was moving away and that i had no use therefor. when going into the subscription i was never told of the 1 year contract and the Penalty fee of R1500 which is ridiculous.

All accounts were paid up to date even the cancelled subscription that was still being billed up to the 3rd of May and still going! Still my telephone line was suspended for no reason whatsoever on the 7th of MAY! On the 23rd of April i queried services still charged and was informed that the internet subscription was reactevated without me knowing about it after (Thenjiwe) confirmed that it would be cancelled!

On the 23rd of April i spoke to Mojabeng, ref nr: 73041232, who promised to rectify acc and give feedback on the matter, which she did not do.

Being a pensioner i paid the amounts billed after cancelling and all the promises made of my account being rectified! i think after dealing with telkom for 36years on this same line, always paying my account on time, this is totally unacceptable!!

Please help and cancel this subscription once and for all!
