Telkom needs competition as they are horrible

I am livid with Telkom... In 2011 we cancelled our subscription with them because we moved from Bela-Bela. Somewhere someone made a mistake and now two years later they want over R2000 from me which I refused to pay, they then gave me over to debt collectors and threatened me with my credit record. My brother in law is not as forgiving as me and he phoned some important people at Telkom and then it was agreed if we pay something like R600 it would all be over, so we paid it by the deadline of 26 November against my will, but it was done.. My brother in law also asked them to give a letter that states this is what we needed to pay, he probably knew what was coming... Now today I get a letter again from the debt collectors claiming more money to be paid. I'm giving this over again to my brother in law. But I just want to warn people against this company, I swear to NEVER in my life use any TELKOM product ever again. I will use data sticks from other companies and stick to my cellphone as far away from 8ta or any Telkom related product and I will encourage people everywhere I go to follow suit. Thanks Telkom for making me miserable.
