No Feedback from fault logged 11 July

My telephone line went down on the 11th of July and I promptly logged a fault with Afrihost and Telkom, there was then some quiet around it until the 16th when I finally got feedback that the lines in my area were (sabotaged). I am aware that it will take some time to repair this but I have subsequently found where they were repairing this issue and there have been no people (that I could spot) at this site since Sunday (when they actually called me on my land line saying it will be up in the next 30mins). My phone line remains down 14 days later with no feedback from Telkom at all. I have been calling them every day for the past 3 days and twice before that to find out when this issue will be resolved. On Tuesday I finally got feedback that the ETA is one day, still not resolved. I phoned yesterday afternoon asking for a technician to phone me with a status report/ETA, but nothing so far. I have been without connectivity for two weeks now and getting anxious to get this fixed. Can this please be escalated and some feedback given to me with an accurate date that it is to be fixed.
