We have got 8 contracts with Mtn and trying our best to run a business. We can not phone/receive any calls neither can we connect to the internet, as there is seldom reception. The problem is not the extra cost of keeping on connecting but the time to do the same thing three or four times before success. The biggest problem is the business being lost which is uncalculateable. Just to logged this complaint in these short words kept us busy for just over an hour. In the technology era we are living in and the way Mtn is responding to this is laughable. I can just asume that mtn is making to much money to care about an area like
Brits as we are not the only customers complaining.
