FEEDBACK ON LOST AIRTIME _ REQ2376702

I haven't been responded to by Mtn as promised that they would come back to me after the billing has closed on 21072013 and yet I am receiving a call threatening to "Suspend" my line due to non payment. I did not pay them last month because I did not see the point if I will be without airtime for the whole month until they decide to investigate the matter after 21072013 whereas they are a techologically advanced company in the industry and the resources are at their fingertips.
