Cell C
Stranded with no airtime

After all the years of being with Cell C and getting my airtime on the 15th of every month, I received nothing today. As it is mid-month, I was depending on this airtime, and panicked when nothing came through. I contacted the call centre to be advised that after my upgrade, I now will be topped up on the 1st of every month. When was somebody gonna tell me this? Do I not have a say? I prefer mid-month as I can top myself up at month end.
