No airtime still!!!

I made a complaint of paying R7000 of arreas and not receiving that airtime. Some one responded to say that I will receive a call with regards to my complaint about a month ago and yet I haven't received either call nor airtime. Its costing me more money and still they do not give the airtime due to me and was told I will not receive any until I pay the reconnection fee of up to R1200.
